SeaWorld to Open Orlando’s Tallest Roller Coaster Next Year

SeaWorld have just revealed that they are to open a brand new roller coaster next year – to become Orlando’s tallest coaster, measuring a whopping 200-feet!

Not much is yet known about the coaster as more information is set to be released in May.

They sent a quick press release out this morning only to confirm that the new thrilling coaster will join the park in 2016.

Here’s the announcement:

Something is stirring beneath the surface at SeaWorld Orlando, preparing to rise from the ocean depths and soar to thrilling new heights. Get ready for the frenzy of SeaWorld’s new 200-foot-tall coaster. In 2016, this thriller will take its place atop the food chain as Orlando’s tallest, fastest and longest coaster.

The ride will not be the tallest roller coaster in Orlando for long, as the hugely anticipated 500ft Skyscraper opens shortly after in 2017.
