Speciality drinks coming to Pandora – World of Avatar

Disney have just given us another sneak peak into Pandora – World of Avatar, and this time it’s a look in at the drinks on offer.

In true Pandora style, the drinks are weird and wonderful, but we’re told they’re just as delicious as they look.

In true Disney style, they’ve gone and found a winery in the valley by the name of Banshee to keep with the theming of the Avatar area. Banshee Chardonnay and Banshee Pinot Noir will be served by the glass. If you fancy a glass of sangria, you’re in luck as the Satu’li Canteen will also be serving the ‘Dreamwalker Sangria’ which features a refreshing splash of Blue Curaçao.

Next up is the Pandoran Sunrise (pictured above) – a non-alcoholic drink that is mixed with tropical juices and melon flavoured Powerade and can be served in a souvenir Satu’li Canteen flask.

If you’re more into your ale then you’ll want to head to Pongu Pongu where you’ll find the Hawkes Grog Ale which boasts a fruity taste of apricot and peach with a hint of wheat. If you fancy something more malty with an aroma of spice and tastes of caramel, toffee and nuts then the Mo’ara High Country Ale is also available.

The walk-up Pongu Pongu counter will also serve frozen drinks such as the Mo’ara Frozen Margarita (with Tequila) and the Night Blossom which is a non-alcoholic mixture of limeade and apple flavour topped with passion fruit boba balls which again can be served in a souvenir cup.

Pandora: World of Avatar is set to open at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on May 27 2017.
